Hi I'm Ros, welcome to Sweet and Two Veg! This is my little corner of the internet where I will be sharing the recipes I’ve used to help me lose, and keep off six and a half stone.
All the meals I make a vegetarian, some are vegan, some will be my own creations, others will be ones I’ve adapted from one of the many cookbooks I’ve got, or from another food blog, but most importantly they will be tasty!
Eating healthily doesn’t have to be boring, and there’s still plenty of room for treats, after all, life is too short not to eat cake or drink wine!! Nor does it have to be complicated, I’m all about the meals that are quick and easy to prepare, and all the better if there are leftovers that can be frozen to have another day.
